Pharmacy department is one of the medical departments in the hospital that follows directly the director of the hospital. It consists of four sections with more than 40 employees that is a combination of pharmacists, technicians and administrators.

The sections of the pharmacy departments are:

- The central pharmacy: it is responsible of providing the medical departments what they require, providing medicines to the patients.

- Outpatient pharmacy: it is responsible for providing medicines to patients in outpatient department.

- Pulmonary rehabilitation pharmacy: It is responsible for providing medicines to patients in the pulmonary rehabilitation center.

- Medical store section: It is responsible for requesting and receiving the orders from the central medical store every two weeks, providing the medical departments what they require, making the budgets for the yearly medical requirements for the hospital and following up with the special orders of the medical equipments.
