Quality and recognition office consists of two sections quality and recognition. Quality section is responsible for continuously improving the quality of healthcare services through special committees. It works to provide the best environment to the patients and their relatives from the parking of the hospital to the discharge from the hospital and all the procedures of checking in. it uses tools to provide the service such as questionnaire to the patients and their relatives to get their feedback.

Recognition is one of the tools of quality to achieve the best service and that is by setting the state of art standards to maintain level of quality required to provide the service in the best way. Recognition is considered a start not the end of the procedures, from setting the standards, the office can evaluate the quality of the healthcare services to provide then it can enhance it.
